Kirsten Clark

Executive Director

Kirsten Clark joined the Center of Help team in 2018 as the Program Director for the Maria de la Paz Youth Outreach Center. Her passion for education and commitment to supporting the immigrant community led her to the Center of Help upon returning from a year in Bogota, Colombia through the U.S. State Department’s Fulbright Scholar Program. Prior to her travels, Kirsten served as program assistant for the Educational Services program at Esperanza Center in Baltimore City and worked with student services at  UMBC’s English Language Institute before completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Modern Languages, Linguistics, and Intercultural Communication at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Kirsten is fluent in both English and Spanish, and has been volunteering with education and youth development programs throughout Maryland since she herself was in high school. In her free time, Kirsten loves to go salsa dancing and visit local book stores and coffee shops.
